Job Title: Jewelry Sales Executive, Customer Relations Executive (CRE), HR
Location: Jaya Nagar, Bangalore


1. Jewelry Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provided expert advice on jewelry and assisted customers in selecting products.
  • Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on trends and maintain a luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years of luxury jewelry or retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.

2. Customer Relations Executive (CRE)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Ensure smooth post-purchase experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 6 months of customer service experience, ideally in luxury retail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

3. HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury brands.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
