1. Jewelry Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Provided expert advice on jewelry and assisted customers in selecting products.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on trends and maintain a luxury shopping experience.
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years of luxury jewelry or retail sales experience.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
2. Customer Relations Executive (CRE)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure smooth post-purchase experience and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Min. 6 months of customer service experience, ideally in luxury retail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
3. HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury brands.
