As a Graphic Designer at Sankalp Jewels, you will be crucial in shaping the brand’s visual identity. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visually appealing designs for print and digital platforms.

As a Sales Associate at Sankalp Jewels, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our exquisite jewellery collections.

As a Purchase Associate, you will manage the procurement of raw materials, gemstones, and other products essential for our jewellery production. Your role will be key in maintaining cost-effectiveness while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Job Summary:

They are conceptualizing and designing creative layouts for promotional materials, advertisements, social media, and product catalogues.

Ensuring designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and communication goals.Editing and retouching product images for online listings.

Coordinating with suppliers for packaging design.

Staying updated on design trends within the jewellery and fashion industries.

Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Greeting customers and providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.

Assisting clients with product selections and offering expert knowledge on gemstones, jewelry designs, and trends.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets through excellent customer engagement.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by following up on purchases and offering after-sales services.

Sourcing high-quality gemstones, metals, and other materials from trusted suppliers.

Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure optimal deals.

Maintaining accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and stock levels.

Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure that all materials meet the required specifications.

Managing vendor relationships and evaluating supplier performance.

Staying informed about market trends, price fluctuations, and new supplier opportunities.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: Fresher / Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience in web design and video editing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and an understanding of luxury branding.

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively. Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for fashion trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the jewellery industry. Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
