As a Sales Associate at Joyalukkas, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our exquisite jewellery collections.

Greeting customers and providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.

Assisting clients with product selections and offering expert knowledge on gemstones, jewellery designs, and trends.

Meeting and exceeding sales targets through excellent customer engagement.

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by following up on purchases and offering after-sales services.

Managing customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for fashion trends.
